How to start a club:
Before starting your club:
- Get an advisor! Any staff member can be an advisor
- Fill out a Club charter and an advisor form and email to deanagarcia@guhsd.net or drop off in finance office or in my box
- The above forms must be on file and approved before meeting with yout club
After being approved as a club:
- The Advisor must fill out a Master Calendar prior to meetings and activities
- Fill out a fundraising form** and fundraiser master calendar before starting fundraisers
Things to Remember:
- Items may not be shipped to your home, all items must be shipped to school.
- all purchases must be pre-approved. ASB meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays to approve purchase requests.
- You CAN NOT require students to participate in fundraising
- You CAN NOT buy product ahead of time that can not be returned
- Advisors must supervise and attend all activities
