GUHSD Seeks Applicants for Two Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee Vacancies
The GUHSD Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is seeking applicants for two vacancies.  One is for the category of “parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the district,” and the other is for a “community member at large.”  We’re asking for your help in getting the word out and encouraging people to apply.
The Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) reviews the District's bond program including its operation, construction, and finances.  The oversight committee, which is required per the provisions of the voter-approved Proposition U and Measure BB ballot language, includes parents/guardians, members of the community, professionals, and retired individuals.

Online Registration - Fall 2019

Online Registration - Fall 2019

Step 1

Parents need to go online to www.guhsd.net/parents to complete the registration process for their student(s). Families will register their students online using the Infinite Campus program. In order to complete registration, you will need to provide two proofs of residency, immunization records and a birth certificate. If you are not able to upload these documents online, we will have assistance available to collect all the necessary information and help with other questions you may have. Computers will be available on campus that parents can use in order to complete this process. Once completed, parents will receive an email informing them to create a Campus Portal account. If you are in need of assistance, you may call the HELP Desk at (619) 956-4357.
Step 2

Welcome packets will be given to students during their counselor meetings at their middle schools from April 1-5. Packets will include information regarding "Spirit Gear" purchases, sports, school pictures, school calendar, PTSA, busing and free and reduced lunch program. The packet along with the required documents are to be returned to ECHS on either May 22 or 23, 2019 from 3:00 to 6:00 in the Library.
